Brussels, 05/06/2018, By special delegation: 2017/5235 BE2017 / 5235 MEDICAL DEVICE FOR STOMA Technical area The present invention relates to the field of collection devices for ostomy. The invention particularly aims to facilitate the establishment and maintenance of such a collection device on a patient who has undergone such an ostomy. State of the art An ostomy collection device makes it possible to collect, store and evacuate stool or even urine within the framework of an ostomy. An ostomy consists of delivering a portion of the intestine to the skin of a person, the collection device being positioned at this level of the skin to be connected to the intestine. Collection equipment is chosen based on the type of stoma and its location, as well as the person's lifestyle, usually with the advice of a nurse or ostomotherapist. The collection device consists of a collection pocket and a support which allows the pocket to be fixed on the abdomen. There are two types of collection devices, those made up of a single piece and those made up of two pieces. In the case of a collection device in one piece, the support and the pocket are inseparable from each other, said support being positioned directly on the skin opposite the stoma. In the case of a two-piece collection apparatus, the pocket and the support are independent; the support is first positioned on the skin opposite the stoma then the pocket is assembled with the support. This second design has the advantage of being able to replace only the bag and to facilitate its removal for emptying, the support generally having to be replaced every two or three days depending on its condition. It is customary to position a lap belt to hold the pocket of the collection equipment in one piece or in two pieces. This requires an opening on the abdominal belt in the area corresponding to the stoma in order to be able to place the pocket and the support each on one side of the opening. The pocket is positioned on the external side of the abdominal belt to allow its volume increase during filling; this also allows its removal from the support in the case of collection apparatus 2017/5235 BE2017 / 5235 in two pieces. The support is positioned on the internal side of the abdominal belt which provides support against the abdomen. Some abdominal belts have a pre-existing opening. This type of belt is however impractical since the opening must correspond precisely to the position of the stoma once the belt is properly positioned around the bust. The positioning of the opening opposite the support and the stoma therefore generally involves wearing the belt in an uncomfortable manner. This is why it is preferable to make a cut in the abdominal belt once it is properly positioned around the bust with creating this opening in correspondence with the stoma. Some abdominal belts have a bib that can be cut. Carrying out the cut, however, requires sending the belt back to the manufacturer to finalize the opening by making a stopping point around the cut to avoid unraveling the faceplate. This stopping point around the cut can also be carried out by a hearing aid technician, for example an orthotist or a pharmacist. The person cannot therefore immediately dispose of their belt, which can be problematic when it is advisable to quickly replace a soiled belt following an incident occurring during the removal of the bag. Other abdominal belts have two removable faceplates, one used temporarily with the risk of scaling at the cutout during use and the other sent back to the manufacturer to make a breakpoint around the cutout and avoid such unraveling. This increases the cost of the belt. Other abdominal belts have a breastplate made of a nonwoven fabric, which allows you to cut the breastplate and use the belt immediately. Summary of the invention The present invention aims to allow the use of an abdominal belt for ostomy as soon as it is cut, by overcoming the risks of unraveling at this cut. To this end, the invention relates to a medical device for ostomy which is configured to be attached to an abdominal belt, at a cutout made on said belt, and to receive collection apparatus for ostomy in one piece or in two. rooms. 2017/5235 BE2017 / 5235 According to the invention, the medical device comprises a ring comprising an internal contour, an external contour and two faces, an internal face arranged on the side of the support applied opposite the stoma and an external face arranged on the side of the pocket. The internal contour defines a central opening configured to receive the collection equipment. The central opening allows either the passage of the empty pocket from the inside to the outside of the abdominal belt, in the case of a collection device in one piece, or the assembly between the support and the pocket respectively arranged against the inner and outer faces of the ring, in the case of a two-piece collection apparatus. In addition, the ring comprises a groove which extends radially inwards from its external contour, said groove being configured to receive a peripheral edge of an opening implemented on the abdominal belt by cutting it out. . Thus, the presence of the ring advantageously makes it possible to avoid direct contact of the collecting apparatus with the opening on the abdominal belt, which makes it possible to handle the collecting apparatus without the risk of unraveling a level of the opening on the abdominal belt during the passage of the pocket in said opening or even during the fitting or removal of the pocket vis-à-vis its support. It is therefore possible to make a cut on the abdominal belt and to use it immediately after positioning the medical device, without risk of detangling. The term ring covers the shape of the ring as such, that is to say with a circular shape, but also more or less circular shapes, for example an elliptical shape, or any other shape which would be adapted to a form of cut made on the abdominal belt and in the form of assembly means between the support and the pocket of the collection apparatus. According to an embodiment of the medical device, the ring is flat. However, provision could be made for different shapes of its two faces, for example a more or less convex inner face adapted to the shape of the support and a flat outer face adapted to the shape of the pocket. According to the medical device, it is made of a material offering flexibility. Preferably, the medical device is made of medical grade silicone. This allows the shape of the abdomen to fit properly depending on the position of the stoma. One could consider the use of other materials offering more or less flexibility, without departing from the scope of the invention. The presence of the medical device on the abdominal belt and the choice of a 2017/5235 BE2017 / 5235 medical grade silicone material also facilitates cleaning when replacing the collection equipment. According to one embodiment of the medical device, the ring comprises at least one lumen opening on both sides, said at least one lumen passing through the throat. Preferably, four lights are evenly distributed around the ring. These lights make it possible to fix the medical device on the abdominal belt, in particular by sewing, which prevents any risk of movement of the ring on the abdominal belt and any risk of unraveling at the cutout on the abdominal belt. However, other variants of the means for fixing the medical device to the abdominal belt could be provided, for example a bonding between the throat on the ring and the peripheral edge of the opening on the abdominal belt. Depending on the medical device, the throat has a width of between 1.5 mm and 2.5 mm, preferably 2 mm. This allows the reception of different thicknesses of abdominal belts. Depending on the medical device, the throat has a depth of between 18 mm and 23 mm, preferably 21.5 mm. This guarantees proper retention of the peripheral edge of the opening on the abdominal belt inside the throat, avoiding the risk of enameling. According to the medical device, the ring comprises an internal contour having an internal diameter between 60 mm and 70 mm, preferably 65 mm, and an external contour having an external diameter between 110 mm and 120 mm, preferably 115 mm. However, these internal and external diameters could be adapted according to the dimensions of the collection apparatus, in particular the diameters of the interlocking portions used on the support and on the pocket, as will appear in the following description. The invention also relates to an ostomy kit comprising at least one abdominal belt and a medical device having one or the other of the above characteristics. Brief description of the figures The characteristics and advantages of the invention will appear on reading the following description based on figures, among which: 2017/5235 BE2017 / 5235 FIG. 1 illustrates a three-dimensional view of a preferred embodiment of the medical device object of the invention, FIG. 2 illustrates a plan view of the medical device of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 illustrates a sectional view of the medical device of FIG. 2, placed on a lap belt, FIG. 4 is a partial enlarged view of FIG. 3, FIG. 5 illustrates a two-piece collection apparatus placed on a medical device according to the invention, FIG. 6 illustrates a support constituting the first part of the collection apparatus, - Figure 7 illustrates a pocket constituting the second part of the collection apparatus. detailed description As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 5, the medical device 1 according to the invention preferably comprises the form of a ring 2 which is flat and which has an internal contour 3, an external contour 4, an internal face 5 and a outer face 6. This ring 2 is made of a silicone material which makes it flexible in order to be able to deform it and adapt it as best as possible according to the position of the stoma on the abdomen of the person. The medical device 1 comprises a groove 7 which, on the ring 2, is preferably circular. The groove 7 extends inside the ring 2 from its external contour 4. This groove 7 receives the peripheral edge 101 of an opening 102 of an abdominal belt 100, as illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4 The position of the opening 102 on the abdominal belt 100 depends on the position of the stoma. This opening 102 is produced by cutting the abdominal belt 100. The groove 7 is dimensioned so that the peripheral edge 101 of the opening 102 penetrates into it sufficiently large, which avoids any risk of the molding of the abdominal belt 100. For this, the groove 7 includes a depth L1 included between 18 mm and 23 mm, preferably this depth L1 being equal to 21.5 mm. Similarly, the groove 7 is dimensioned to receive several thicknesses of abdominal belt 100. Preferably, the groove 7 comprises a width L2 of between 1.5 mm and 2.5 mm, preferably this width L2 being equal to 2 mm. The medical device 1 comprises four slots 8 which each open on the internal face 5 and on the external face 6 of the ring 2, these slots 8 passing through the groove 7, as 2017/5235 BE2017 / 5235 illustrate FIGS. 1 to 4. These lumens 8 have a curved shape, preferably circular, and they are uniformly distributed around the ring 2. When the medical device 1 is positioned on an opening 102 of a abdominal belt 100, the peripheral edge 101 is positioned between two parts 8a, 8b of each lumen 8. This implementation facilitates the attachment by sewing of the medical device 1 with the abdominal belt 100. One could consider other forms for the lumens 8, for example simple circular holes. Likewise, other means of fixing could be envisaged than seams, for example riveting pieces or pressure pieces. The medical device 1 allows the reception of a collection apparatus 200 which comprises a support 210 and a pocket 220. The support 210 is positioned on the side of the internal face 5 of the medical device 1, internal side of the abdominal belt 100, and the pocket 220 is positioned on the side of the external face 6 of said device, external side of the abdominal belt 100, as illustrated in FIGS. 3 to 5. As illustrated in FIG. 6, the support 210 comprises a plate 211 which is flexible and which sticks to the person's skin. The plate 211 includes an eraser 212 whose center 212a is provided with a hole 213 sized according to the mouth of the stoma. The support 210 also comprises a first assembly part 214 which is rigid and which comprises a base 215 which bears on the internal face 5 of the ring 2 and a male cylindrical portion 216 extending in the opposite direction to the plate 211 and communicating with the hole 213, this male cylindrical portion 216 penetrating into the ring 2. As illustrated in FIG. 7, the pocket 220 comprises a flexible envelope 221 and a second assembly part 222 which is rigid and which communicates with the interior of this flexible envelope 221. The second assembly part 222 comprises a portion female cylindrical 223 configured to receive by interlocking the male cylindrical portion 216. The second assembly part 222 also includes a tongue 224 which facilitates the manipulation for the disengagement of the pocket 220 with respect to the support 210. The internal contour 3 of the ring 2 defines a central opening 9 which allows the passage of the male cylindrical portion 216 to come and fit it into the female cylindrical portion 223 during assembly of the pocket 220 with the support 210. The inner contour 3 of the ring 2 has an internal diameter DI of between 60 mm and 70 mm, preferably equal to 65 mm. Likewise, the external contour 4 has an external diameter D2 of between 110 mm and 120 mm, preferably equal to 115 mm. 2017/5235 BE2017 / 5235 The foregoing detailed description of a particular embodiment of the invention is in no way limiting. On the contrary, it aims to remove any possible inaccuracy as to its scope. Thus, many variants can be envisaged in the context of the invention, in particular as regards the design of the ring 2. For example, when the support 210 is semi-convex or convex, the plate 211 which adheres to the skin has a more or less pronounced convexity making it possible to bring out the stoma. In this case, the internal face 5 of the ring 2 may also have a convexity adapted to receive the support 210 properly. The invention also relates to an ostomy kit which comprises a medical device 1, an abdominal belt 100 and an apparatus for collection 200. The foregoing description refers to a two-piece collection apparatus 200 according to which the support 210 and the pocket 220 are separable from one another. The medical device 1 according to the invention also finds its application with a collection apparatus 200 in one piece according to which the support 210 and the pocket 220 are inseparable. In this case, once the support 210 applied to the level of the stoma on the skin of the person, the empty pocket 220 is inserted through the central opening 9 of the ring 2 to be placed on the external side of the abdominal belt 100, said abdominal belt 100 making it possible to maintain the support against the abdomen. 2017/5235 BE2017 / 5235
